Terms and conditions for hiring of equipment: -
1. Mountaineering/ Trekking expedition teams are to
write to Director, Kamet India, well in advance for their requirements of the
equipment.
2. No Mountaineering/ Trekking equipment will be
issued on hire/ loan till full security amount and hire charges are deposited
with Kamet India. The amount is payable by cash/ demand draft in favour of Kamet
India. Payable at Delhi.
3. In case any item is lost or damaged, full market
price of the same will be recovered from the team.
4. On return of the equipment the security deposit
will be refunded after deduction of damage/ loss and washing charges.
